DirtonU, Inc dba was founded in 2012 by Steven M. Murow. Mr. Murow has four and half decades of experience primarily in the land development industry, and as a result, he has built a well-known reputation. Because of his experience and knowledge combined in mass grading and excavation, street improvement, underground construction, and land development, Murow has been deemed as the “Dirt Expert”; Murow serves as an expert in “forensic general contracting and cost estimating”, specializing in DIRT.
Due to the expansion of services provided, Mr. Murow rebranded the company in 2019 to Murow Development Consultants. Parallel to the expansion of the company, the expert services division grew and added some of the most prominent Southern Californian professionals in the land development industry, including directors of the company. Our teams’ areas of expertise include horizontal construction, vertical improvements, due diligence, and homeowners’ associations.
As a team during the past 12 years, the Expert Services division has assisted and been retained with over 300 litigation matters. This includes Mr. Murow, who has attended over 100 mediations, deposed on sixty-eight occasions, and testified in tribunals and arbitration thirty-nine times.

CLAIMS AVOIDANCE
DIRTONU, Inc. will continue to provide contractors with claims avoidance and mitigation assistance including contract change order preparation, quantity verification and contract correspondence analysis.
TAKEOVER WORK
DIRTONU, Inc. will also engage in select Surety takeover work where the project involves highly diversified public works engineering and building construction.
